1. About us
These terms apply to the websites, software and services (including BAF ERP) provided by Zeet Soft Private Limited (CIN U72900OR2019PTC031034, GSTIN 21AABCZ3710E1ZX), Plot No 330(B), Incubation No 227, 2nd Floor, OCAC Tower, Acharya Vihar Square, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha 751013, India. By using our services you agree to them.

2. Accounts
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for giving us correct information.
BAF ERP account creation requires verified details, explicit acceptance of the identified acknowledgement PDF, server-verified captured registration payment and platform approval. Reading the PDF or making a payment alone is not acceptance or proof of identity.
BAF ERP provides two regular accounts: an Owner account on .org for account, user and subscription administration, and a business account on the original enquiry country's site. Login IDs use the original verified enquiry email's domain, with a numbered suffix if an ID is already in use. Initial sign-in details for both accounts go to that original verified contact after approval. The Owner role transfers no ownership of BAF ERP or its intellectual property. Profile details, photo, email, mobile and password changes are locked during the first 24 hours after activation.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on your invoice or plan. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India, INR) or PayPal (other countries). Applicable taxes are added.
BAF ERP starter credit: a maximum of 24 elapsed hours from activation is shared across profiles, modules and users. It is not a cash balance. Dashboard and BSAF remain free. After the allowance, access locks at expiry; any administrator waiver or unlock is considered and audited case by case. Pausing, logging out or changing access does not extend the allowance.
BAF ERP module pricing: INR 1 per authorised user, per Running hour, per module, per profile after the allowance, plus applicable taxes. The administrator counts as the first user in each subscribed module/profile. Running time includes idle and logged-out time; charges use recorded intervals, including applicable partial hours.
Other billing currencies use that same INR base converted by the recorded INR-per-currency-unit rate, not a price of one whole local currency unit. The billing currency, rate and date are retained with the pricing record and receipt; foreign billing is unavailable when the required rate is missing. Checkout and invoices show the actual currency and amount.
Separate BAF ERP registration fee: INR 1 in India; elsewhere, the verified gateway-supported minimum in that country's supported currency, shown before checkout. Payment is unavailable if no verified minimum is configured. This is separate from recurring module charges and is not an INR conversion. Only server-verified captured payment permits account Approval; credentials follow platform approval.
BAF ERP AI fair use: a limited fair-use allowance is included without an additional AI usage charge. Exceptionally heavy or unusual use of Google, OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or other providers may increase our costs. We will explain any proposed additional charges and request your approval before applying them; no additional AI fee is charged automatically.
4. Refunds and cancellation

In BAF ERP, Package Control Pause or Stop stops future accrual for that package. Prior charges and invoices remain payable, and other Running packages continue to accrue charges. Resuming after the free period restarts accrual. Logging out, changing a user's access or making a payment does not stop a Running package.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, attempt to break their security, or use them for anything unlawful.
Use BAF ERP only with authorised business data and permissions; obtain any notices or permissions required for the individuals whose data you enter. Do not access another customer's data, introduce malware or abuse the service. The hosted licence lasts while access is authorised; product intellectual property does not transfer.
We provide reasonable care. Maintenance, network and third-party outages may occur; no unagreed uptime or business outcome is guaranteed. Review your records, use the service carefully and keep regular independent backups or exports. Customer-caused accidental deletion may be unrecoverable. We offer reasonable recovery help where available without a restoration guarantee. Your responsibilities do not waive our responsibility for our acts or our mandatory security and data-protection duties.
BAF ERP access may be temporarily suspended for overdue payments after a disclosed due date, or reasonable evidence of suspicious activity, unauthorised access or data theft, including findings from automated security audits. We review findings and notify the original verified enquiry contact of the reason and next steps as soon as reasonably possible, subject to law and security restrictions. Urgent protective action may precede notice. Temporary suspension is not permanent closure and does not itself stop Running charges.
6. Your data
Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell BAF ERP customer data or use customer business records for advertising or marketing profiling. Authorised staff may access only the information necessary for support, security, billing or fixing faults, subject to confidentiality and access controls.
All BAF ERP accounts, including paid accounts, may be scheduled for removal after 100 consecutive days with neither a successful sign-in nor recorded business activity. Before removal, we send two follow-up warning emails to the original verified enquiry contact, stating the final deadline and how to prevent removal and export data. We allow a reasonable opportunity to act; contact Support if exports are unavailable. A successful sign-in or recorded business activity before the deadline cancels planned removal.
On permanent closure, customer business records and uploads are erased, except limited accounting, tax, security or legal-hold records that law requires us to retain. Retained records remain restricted for the required period. Backup copies may remain beyond use until scheduled expiry or overwrite; we disclose the applicable schedule and prevent their return to ordinary use. Immediate erasure of every copy is not promised.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
This limit does not exclude or restrict liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict. No term waives non-excludable consumer, privacy or data-protection rights, authorises unlawful processing or excuses negligent security.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha having jurisdiction.
The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law and any required country-specific agreement. Later website edits do not silently change a BAF ERP acknowledgement already accepted. Material commercial changes require notice and a new acceptance before the changed arrangement applies.
